Important Note:
This is not a confirmed reservation; only a request. We will contact you within 24hrs to confirm your request. All rooms are subject to 8.25% NYS Tax.

Reservation Deposit:
A reservation deposit of one half of the cost is required within one week of making the reservation in order to secure the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Money will be refunded (minus a cancellation fee) only if the cancellation is made prior to two weeks of the reserved night, and if the room can be otherwise rented.

Privacy Policy:
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing reservation only to complete the request.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that reservation request.
